Hey all, Hitomi here!

Okay, so I went up north to Dragonspiral Tower, only to meet up with Cedric Juniper there. Bianca quickly caught up to me, and the two were introduced. But we didn't have time to chitchat much. A bunch of Team Plasma guys just broke into Dragonspiral Tower, and that can't be a good thing. At the top is supposed to be a Dragon-type Pokemon that awaits a person seeking truth to appear. Bianca decided to stay and bodyguard Cedric Juniper, which was very admirable of her. Cedric gave me an Old Gateau and wished me luck. Okay! Let's scale this tower!

What a creepy tower...the floor is all greenish, and there's long, spiraling staircases. As I went up, I suddenly felt a quake! Something sounded like it was going wild atop the tower! There was no time to lose! As I got to the next floor, Cheren called out to me saying I could walk on the fallen pillars. He went on ahead after that. I would've stopped to admire this place's structure, but there was no time!

As I continued upward, I came across a floor that had little ramps that only went one-way, which meant I had to choose where to go carefully, but I traversed it with no trouble at all. Pretty soon, I saw Brycen and Cheren battling a mess of Team Plasma grunts. I decided to run in and help them out, but they said they would hold them off while I went on ahead. Even then, I found myself battling a few others along my way, but they were no trouble, as usual.

Not much further up was a large cylinder room. I had to traverse a bunch of spiral walkways...gah, all these spirals are making my head spin! Even higher up, I felt another quake, followed by someone screaming "Burn, baby, burn!!!". ...What is going on up there?! I had to find out, but I was stopped by one of the Seven Sages and a bunch of other Team Plasma grunts. They surrounded me on all four sides, thinking that I would be helpless to take them all on...boy, were they EVER wrong!

After clearing them out, I finally made it to the top...

...Wh...what is that? N...what are you doing up here? This is the Pokemon that would fight alongside the hero? What is it? It's so beautiful, yet...it looks so fierce. Wait...THAT'S Reshiram?! ...Oh, no...N's heading to the Pokemon League with Reshiram to put a stop to all Trainers! He said if I wanted to stop him, I have to become the hero too. He mentioned something about Reshiram's counterpart...Zekrom. Without another word, he flew off atop Reshiram...

Cheren and Brycen met up with me after that, saying they saw Reshiram fly off. Everyone was confused, so Brycen decided to have us all head back and analyze things first. At the foot of the tower, all of us discussed what to do, and then the Champion Alder showed up, telling us more of Zekrom and Reshiram's legend. It seemed like a bad idea, especially with N and Team Plasma holding the cards now, but looking for Zekrom and waking him was the only route of choice right now. I...I don't know about this... Me? Waking up a Pokemon that could easily destroy half of Unova?

Still, I had to try...if it gave a vague chance that I could stop all of this, I will try! Alder praised my ability to choose wisely and said he had an idea where the Dark Stone that housed Zekrom was. It was back at the Relic Castle near Castelia City. So that's my next destination. To think, I came here to Unova to be a Pokemon Trainer, and all of this happens...Life sure has a way of throwing stuff at you. But still! I won't give up!

I quickly flew back to Nimbasa City and headed towards the Desert Resort. When I came to the Relic Castle, Cheren suddenly stopped me. He found it impressive I got here so quickly...guess that's what flying can do for ya. Anyways, I decided to delve deeper into the Relic Castle than last time. I was greeted by another of the Seven Sages. Lots of sand and Plasma later, Cheren and I made it to the bottom, where we met Ghestis. Unfortunately, the Dark Stone wasn't here. After some more banter between Ghestis and Alder about stuff I had heard enough of, we all went back outside to formulate what to do. Alder had no choice but to return to the Pokemon League and defeat N. I on the other hand, got a call from Professor Juniper to come to the Nacrene City museum ASAP. I didn't waste any time and went there.

When I got there, not only was Professor Juniper there, but also Alder, Bianca, and Cedric Juniper as well! I wondered what they asked me to come here for, so I asked of course. Lenora was there too. It seems like Alder's thoughts weren't too far off. The Dark Stone was in the Relic Castle...key word "was", but at some point, Lenora must've excavated it and brought it to the museum. I'm glad Team Plasma didn't find out about this stone earlier...otherwise...

Yeah, I didn't think about it much and accepted the Dark Stone. Alder warned me that if he was unable to defeat N, that I would have to do it in his stead. I understand the risks, Alder, and I admire that you're watching out for me. But this is something I feel I have to do, so don't worry...I got your back, just like you and everyone else has mine! There's...just one other thing, though...

...Um...how exactly do I wake this Dragon up anyway? *sweatdrop*

Alder said that I should head to Opelucid City. The Gym Leader there uses Dragon-type Pokemon, so maybe they'll know something. I was surprised to know that Iris, the girl who helped Bianca back in Castelia City, is the Gym Leader there along with her father! Wow, small world, huh? So with that, I began to head out...

...until I felt something coming from Pinwheel Forest. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I felt like...something was there. I know I had a job to do, but for some reason, I couldn't ignore this odd feeling in my bones. I took a deep breath and headed into Pinwheel Forest.

I found that there was an area that used to be blocked off that was now open. There was so much shade in this forest, I began to think it was night time despite it being the middle of the day. That presence I felt was getting stronger as I went further into the forest. What could it possibly be? I soon came to a clearing called Rumination Field, and in the middle of it...a Pokemon? Wait...something about it was familiar. Could...this Pokemon be one of that trio that old man mentioned? Upon looking at my Pokedex, I was right. It was Virizion. I decided that if I was going to stop Team Plasma, I'd need all the help I could get, so I challenged Virizion.

Despite it's appearance being rather beautiful, I knew I shouldn't judge by appearance alone. Virizion put up quite the fight before finally staying in a Poke Ball. It used an attack that Cobalion also used, which I later found out was named Sacred Sword, and it packed quite a fair amount of strength. Still, Virizion eventually gave in and I caught it. I think now, like Cobalion, Virizion can learn to trust humans. Now having the second of the trio at my side, I once again recalled the book I read about the three heroes from back home. Nodding to myself as I left Rumination Field, I respectfully nicknamed Virizion after the second of that trio of heroes...Aramis.

With a new ally at my side, I headed back to Icirrus City and headed down Route 8. This route, as I might've mentioned, is an entire marshland, so I was expecting to get my feet wet here, and did I ever! I saw a couple new Pokemon too, like Shellmet and Stunfisk. Along the path, there was a split that went north and south. I tried north first and came upon the area known as the Moor of Icirrus. It was a good little side-area, full of tranquil water and a handful of good items I'll likely need later on. There were also some other Trainers about, so they were good for experience as well. I went back and took the southern path, and just before I was going to head to the bridge area, I was stopped by Bianca!

Seems Bianca is really giving time into thinking what she wants to do in life. But it came down to the fact she wanted to know more about Pokemon, so she asked me (really sweetly, I may add), if we could battle. I obliged of course. I couldn't turn down a friend's request! She did her best, but I still won out in the end. Still, she wasn't sour about it, and even went as far as to say I was amazing! Ehehe...Bianca, you're making me blush...Still, after giving me a Full Restore, Bianca wished me good luck and went on her way.

So then I began my trek across Tubeline Bridge. Man, there are a lot of big bridges here in Unova, huh? This one, however, was pretty awesome! There was a lower floor to the bridge for cars to cross, so I could feel a vibration in my soles as they passed below me! It felt weird...but awesome! However, my giddy feeling was ruined by who I saw at the end of the bridge...Ghestis. The Shadow Triad showed up and surrounded me, taking me over to them. Geez, no respect for a girl's personal space, I tell you...

Seems Ghestis was rather pleased I had the Dark Stone. So what if I did? He mentioned that it's best that I had it, knowing that I would face N and fight for my beliefs, while he fought for his own. But...wait, it's not necessary? What does he mean by that?! Ghestis told me that from the time N was an infant, he provided him with the education required to become the "hero", and thus is why he's acknowledged by Reshiram. ...Wait...educated him? ...Are you saying that Ghestis...he...to N? Agh, my mind's all confused! Ghestis bantered on, even going as far as to say that the legendary Pokemon I have now, that is...the Dark Stone, won't accept me as the hero. Then he said something that really riled me up...

"So I suggest that if you don't want to relinquish your Pokemon, I suggest you find some courage---because you're going to need it!"

....Why that no-good...cheeky...smarmy little...! I have had my doubts about me being accepted by Zekrom, but what you just said to me, Ghestis...You were trying to intimidate me, but what you said just filled me with more prominence and even more determination! I am NOT backing down! With my fuel all fired up, I ran on ahead to Route 9.

Until next time!
